Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a refund. If 30 days have passed since purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Refund Conditions
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- The product is defective
- The product is not as described
- The product must not be damaged
To ensure that the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, order confirmation, or another proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will instead provide you with a store credit.
Shipping Items
To return an order, you must first contact us.
Returns can be sent to: Suite 90200747, 2229 NW 79th Ave Doral, FL 33122, USA. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items. We do not refund shipping costs.
You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. If the product is damaged or used beyond what is necessary for us to reasonably inspect it, we may refuse a refund.
