Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. You can log in using your USA Pharmacy account and track the status of your order in the “orders” section. After your order is shipped by the pharmacy, you will also receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to follow your shipment.
Note: Unfortunately, not all international postal systems use or recognize tracking codes. This does not mean that your order has not been shipped by the pharmacy.
What should I do if the tracking link shows that my order has been delivered but I have not received anything?
If your order has not been delivered, we advise you to check if the sender has left a message in your mailbox. If you have not received a delivery but the sender indicates that you have received the package, we advise you to contact the police.
Up to 2 weeks after the delivery date, it is possible to conduct an investigation. Please contact our customer service to start such a request. This usually takes 14 business days. While the investigation is ongoing, it is not possible to place a new order at the pharmacy or get a refund.
What happens to my order if I am not at home?
Your order is usually delivered via a sender with acknowledgment of receipt. You can track your package via the tracking link accessible through your USA Pharmacy account. If the sender attempted delivery while you were away, it is your responsibility to contact them to arrange a new delivery. If you do not contact the sender, your package will be returned to the pharmacy after a certain number of days. In this case, the pharmacy may charge you additional fees for the return of your order.
When can I expect my order?
USA Pharmacy is an online medical service and works with doctors and pharmacies.
Orders placed and paid for Monday to Friday before 9:00 AM are sent the same day to one of the doctors working with USA Pharmacy. The doctor will carefully review your request.
Once your request is approved, the doctor writes a prescription and sends it to one of the pharmacies working with USA Pharmacy. The pharmacy then re-checks the request as an additional verification and sends your order via the delivery service of your choice. It usually takes 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. Then, your order will be delivered to your home by the delivery service. This can also take a few business days.
Your health should be treated with care. As a result, this process is conducted discreetly, and your request will be followed and handled diligently.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be discreetly sent by the pharmacy working with USA Pharmacy. The sender usually requires a signature upon receipt, but this is not always the case. Your order will be shipped in neutral packaging to ensure discretion.

Given the diversity of national regulations in the field of e-health, USA Pharmacy currently offers its services in the following countries: the United States, Germany, England, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland. This means that any major consumer residing in one of these countries can use the services of USA Pharmacy.
